    Should I change the Exhaust?

I will not say the exhaust that comes with the bike is not good. Instead I would say that the aftermarket exhausts that you get are accessories that you can buy if you have money. They make the bike sound different and are made for that.

What color do you think would look nice on the CTX700?

I love green on the CTX700 and black as well. Black on the bike looks good because of it's powerful personality. Nowadays bright colors do well on bikes and it would on the CTX700 too. Blue is also a good color for the CTX700.

    Seat comfort zone

Monkey butt is a good term, lol! Well, I think it takes a couple of years of hard riding for the seat to get to that point. It also depends on your weight too because if you are short and thin the seat may last longer and vice versa. If you are a bulky person then any seat will give way to your...

Will consider on getting a 2nd one?

You mean a CTX700 as a gift for someone? Well why not, because if you like the bike and are also recommending it then no harm in gifting it to someone. But make sure that he or she is an experienced rider because beginners may not be able to handle it too well.

is the ctx700 really worth 7gs?

It is no doubt an excellent bike especially if you are an experienced biker. But it also depends on what your budget is and what you expect from a bike. Take a ride on the CTX700 and see whether you like it first.

The CTX700 is a favorite of the young generation and the older generation prefers more of cruiser bikes. But there are people form the older generation whom I know who do own the CTX700 and are happy riding it. It is a matter of personal preference really.

Is it better to buy a CTX bike used or new?

There is nothing like owning a brand new bike. But if you have monetary concerns then you may need to look at a used bike. If you consider a used bike be sure to check it thoroughly preferably with the help of a good mechanic.

Is the CTX for experienced riders?

The CTX700 is definitely not for beginners and if you are one you should look for some other bike which is meant for an entry level rider. The CTX700 is for experienced riders because it needs an experienced hand to control it. I think if you have been riding a powerful bike for a few months...

    Gauge Needles on MotorCycles. !@!

I have never heard a beep although there are vibrations at times. I think it may have to do with a self check that is incorporated into the bikes. It could also be something else but I am not sure.

    Rising gas prices

Rising gas prices is no issue for me. I like riding and I will spend any money for my passion. Fortunately I do earn enough and more so that I can live my life to the fullest. I know that gas prices hurt many people by going up but you have to live with it, I guess.

    Sunday Rides and biker community.

I have a group of riders in the city that I live in and enjoy my Sunday out with them. We ride out into the country and race a bit wherever it is safe with less traffic. Having bike buddies is good and you can enjoy your ride more with them.

How fast do you usually go on your bike?

I am a very careful as a rider and never go beyond 50 mph on city roads and 70 mph on highways. Speed thrills but kills and it is indeed true. I have seen many lives lost because of speed and I don't want to be one of them.

How Durable is the CTX 700?

This is not a mountain bike and is more for the highways. Having said that the CTX is very sturdy and durable and if you do off-roading once in a while I don't think it will do any harm. Be sure to go slow and not try too many stunts!

    CTX 700 in White

Somehow I don't like white bikes and it doesn't go well with the CTX. I do like black CTXs, those are my favorites. I like red too but that's not a very popular color overall. Silver is also acceptable but with the CTX its is black all the way.

How old were you when you started riding a bike?

I started riding a bike when I was 17 although I didn't have a license. Never rode regularly though just enough to satisfy my urge, you can say, at that age. Most of my friends also started riding early and that's how I got influenced by them.

Do you ride with a jacket?

I wear a white motorcycle jacket because it looks good on me and I like it. It's different because usually everyone wears black motorcycle jackets. Wearing a jacket is a must unless of course it is too hot to wear one.

Have you altered your bike's appearance to make it look more girly?

Yes I think feminine colors can be used to make it girly if you want to. In any case a bike is a feminine gender, at least as far as language goes! Can't say about these beasts they are more masculine than feminine.
