Can't go wrong with Honda - I expect many more miles out of my "new" 2014 CTX700 with only 3500 mi. I'm 64, so I may eventually look for a DCT option:)

I got a used 2014 CTX700 manual shift. 3 fuel ups and I am averaging 75 mpg, mostly commuting in 4-5th gear. Really awesome:)

I just installed a Emgo Dunstall. I packed it with a little extra fiberglass before I mounted it. I also painted it a matte black to match the blacked out lower portion of bike. It sounds good IMHO:) Not too loud, but not too quiet. Definitely not the stock "sewing machine" sound as some...
