Yes, I moved my rear brake to left handlebar (twice already) for exactly the reason OP described. Now I have much better control and confidence. Another thing - on traffic stops I switch to Neutral very often, except when I may predict that stop maybe brief.
It's a "visual cheating" to give pseudo-scooter look.
It's good that Honda is finally breaking division between motorcycle and scooter.
It's worth noting that Honda (and HD) mostly influenced NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) Motorcycle Controls regulation (49 CFR Part...
It is Honda City Adventure Concept shown on EICMA 2015 (Milan Motorcycle Show) and Osaka 2016 show.
According to latest rumors this might be Honda's new adventure scooter 750.

You're right. There is no way of knowing if mounts are made from primary plastic or from recycled (most likely). By I ordered it anyway. Maybe I can use it on bicycle.
It's more than 6 hours when I tried to start a new thread...
Nothing's happening...
Is there anybody out there?
Does this forum have a chance to function as others...?
I tried to start new thread in technical section and so far, already over one hour, ...I don't see it...
It's not my first thread.
Does anybody can explain this?
Setting with NC700 was easier because handlebar has the same diameter of 22mm (7/8") and I could use 7/8"dia 4" riser.
For CTX Honda chose strange design for handlebar with diameter changing from 22mm to about 28mm, more oval then round in a middle.
I found 1" riser on ebay (not any more)...
I did it twice already. Previously with NC700XD in 2012 and with CTX ND, last fall.
I can't imagine now to ride without it.
For parking brake relocation I used 4" dogbone riser with 22mm bar.
Did you look at GIVI Smart Bar for accessories?
