Why did you pick the CTX700?

Well I guess I just have to throw in my 2 cents. I have a Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic that has been modified like a Silverado. Have ridden it over 4000 miles and decided I wanted ABS brakes and fuel injection in about the same size as the V-Star. I'm 82 and didn't want anything heavier. After...

    Standard Motorcycle Jack Adapter

My old bones are not as flexible as they use to be:-) I use it to raise the bike to my level so I can clean/lub chain, change oil, make adjustments, do routine maintanece, check tires all while the bike is level and steady. I know there are other means to skin this cat but I prefer this one...

Warning if you are new to DCT

Well I rode a scooter (Cushman) back around 1945 to deliver newspapers, but that was a long time ago and it didn't have the power of a CTX and one could almost hold it in place with power applied.

Warning if you are new to DCT

After giving the situation more thought I believe what happens is that approaching a curb or other object, if I am a little fast and apply the brakes harder to stop suddenly to avoid bumping the curb, this sudden stop throws the body forward and causes the right hand to rotate downward slightly...

Warning if you are new to DCT

Howdy folks I know that all of you have seen reports of cars running through store fronts when parking out front. Right? Well after using a manual shift with a clutch I have discovered a hazard with the Honda CTX 700ND. When one pulls up to a stop the rider will have his right hand on both the...
