Me and My CTX Ride the Ocean Drive

We finally got a day without rain! So me and my CTX went to Newport, Rhode Island to ride the Ocean Drive.

    Nice!
here in Fla. (surrounded by water on 3 sides) we have been fortunate to have almost all land between a road and the Gulf or Atlantic filled with homes or condos.
That gives us the ability to almost never see the ocean while out on a ride.
    I envy your view

It's the same around Chicago. There is a stretch where you can see Lake Michigan, but getting to it is another thing. Milwaukee has a nice lake front. In northern Indiana and the other side of the lake in southern Michigan, it's hard to see the lake.

This looks great. wow. I would really like to ride there sometime.
Being an event manager I get to ride all over the state. i only need to attend the show itself. Most of the event is handled via an event planning software that makes the event planners life real easy.
I also use a seating plan software that helps as well. Once the planning is done I ride on the highway to the event

I remember travelling from Joliet to Indy, we went down along a small part of the Kankakee River several times and even stopped at the park. We thought it would be nice just to run the length of that if we ever had time. It's not a long drive from the Windy City.
