    Add on Radio/BT/MP3/USB.

Well I put this on with little confidence how it will work considering the price $49.99. Well I can hear the radio up to around 65 MPH. The MP3 varies with the song that was converted. The Radio has an external wire antenna that gives marginal reception, but I attached a car antenna and it...

Announcing the new Madstad Pad (stand) enlarger

Would that foot bring the bike up more to center, increasing the ease of falling over? I say that because on a level ground standing on the left side you can make the bike fall to the right just by shaking the seat back an forth.

    Running light power source

You can draw up to 7.5 amps (90 watts). But if you need you could probably put a 10 amp fuse in and get away with it... but thats is high as I'd go.

    What are your limits?

Getting the highs and lows range I used to have no longer apply as I got older. I was 30-90 F but into my 70's my band has reduced to around 40 - mid 80s. I still have my mesh jacket for the summer and heated jacket, pants, gloves and heated grips. The grips are the only thing I still use...

I hope to be working on my CTX soon

I had to move my feet back and down with floor boards and 2" offsets to stop the back pain instead of changing the seat on my CTX. With my feet forward puts me sitting right on my spine.

    Record mpg

In D mode riding backroads around 50MPH I'll get in lower 70's.

    Won't start...#@*///

Battery longevity can be attained by putting a tender on every time you put the bike away even if it's only 1 night. Sulfation occurs in batteries when voltage is below its max and lead acid batteries loose charge 1% a day.

New and driving myself crazy trying to decide

You can bring your feet back with floorboards and 2" offsets and or a different saddle and the 2014 was the worse with forward feet. Honda came out with a different saddle to bring the rider forward in 2015 which you should get for the $4995. And I agree $4995 is way overpriced for the 2014...

    Mixing tire brands?

What I would do? As long as your not going into high speed turns and pushing the handling of the bike I would not change both tires because of manufacturer. Change the front, take the bike out for a spin and if you don't feel any handling problems leave the rear for another time. Why the front...

    Kick-stand Right?

There's always the roof. Got a ladder? I got 8", all the roads melted but still all over the grass.

    Kick-stand Right?

Mike, I have a "work around" for your mounting problem. Remember in the old cowboy movies when the good guy was tied up on the 2nd floor of a barn? He whistled and his horse came running and stopped under the barns 2nd floor door and he jumped out spreading his legs and landed on the horse and...

    Who rode today?

Close to 60º F today and tomorrow in lower NY... it's the pot holes that's preventing my riding.

    Trouble in Paradise.

Here's a pix of the Youtube video with 1 man sitting on the bike. The travel is around 2-3mm. That's 2-3mm until the shock is no longer a shock, it's now just a spring. If I was in the market I would not buy a Wing until this issue gets resolved one way or the other. I DO NOT trust Honda at...

    Trouble in Paradise.

12Many I brought up my ball bearings and the seats for exactly what you posted. The pounding the bearings will wear small seats in the race. Also I do not like the fact there is no crown nut to lock down the yolk to the bike. WTF is Honda doing?

    Trouble in Paradise.

The 2018 Goldwing has a frontend spring/shock/bumper problem. The problem is the shock, with just a passenger it is less than 1/4" travel before it hits the bumper and no more travel left in the system. Oh boy... here we go. I had a 2003 GW with the overheating and frame breaking problems...

    Taking still photos while riding

The cam will work in regular video and still picture along with dashcam operation. For stills you just turn on the cam with a mode button in front of the cam and the button on top to trigger the shutter. You use the Mode button in front to change the cams function. I use it mostly in Car Mode...
