OK got my center stand and stopper bolt...(the exact right ones)
Got so busy let them set for a couple of days...
I installed today....
Piece of Cake....
If you pay attention to all the input from others...
1. Took off muffler cover
2. Loosened muffler band bolts (all the way)
3. Pried open muffler band so it would rotate the bolt heads to bottom and clicked into next notch
4. Tightened back up muffler band bolts (torqued to 15 ft/lbs)
5. Installed rubber stop on center stand
6. Placed center stand between mounts meant for it
7. Greased up center stand shaft and slid it all the way through till it was flushed and could go no further
8. Installed spring hook in threaded area for it on same side as rubber stopper right above mount shaft comes out of
9. Slid small spring into center and inside of big spring
10. Used http://www.harborfreight.com/spring-hook-95757.html to stretch springs down into center stand
11. Installed stopper bolt assembly

OK feedback time:
The spring hook from harbor freight was soooo easy you would not believe it and for $1.97 wow
I replaced all the bolts on the stopper bolt assembly with carbon steel 12.9 hardness grade bolts from Ace Hardware
and the main bolt I got the next size longer and a nylock nut for it...also put a door stopper on that bolt head to cushion the blows

Painted it all black.
Put back on muffler cover (torqued 7 ft/lbs)
Works like Mr Honda himself installed it in Japan....wow sooo happy...on to the luggage for next project

I'm glad it all went well. I put mine on without having to stretch the springs, so I guess I got lucky. It's good to know there are other easy ways to do it.
